Terms of Service

1. The service
Viral Dish uses AI to turn photos uploaded by restaurant owners into promotional videos. We are in a trial period, so features and free limits may change.
2. Photos you upload
Only upload photos you took yourself or have the right to use. You are responsible for any issue caused by uploading other people’s photos or trademarks without permission.
3. Videos we make
You may freely use finished videos to promote your restaurant. Always review AI-generated text and visuals before posting — factual details such as prices and menu items may be wrong.
4. Sponsor products
Videos that include a sponsor product are made for free, with the product placed small in the background. A sponsor product is only included when you choose one.
4-1. Pricing
Monthly plans renew automatically and can be canceled anytime. If you subscribe at the launch price, you keep that price for as long as your subscription continues, even if prices go up later (if you cancel and re-subscribe, the price at that time applies). The number of free videos (sponsor product videos) is a launch offer and may change.
5. Not allowed
You may not create illegal, hateful or adult content, or videos that impersonate another restaurant. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. Videos may be delayed or fail because of outages at third-party AI services. Failed videos do not count toward your limit.
